<P>A range of rugged, diecast aluminum alloy enclosures from Hammond, with <STRONG>integral card guides</STRONG> cast into all four sides. The guides accept 1.5mm thick PCBs.</P><P>The range includes a variety of features including natural finish, black finish, flanged lids, flanged bases and watertight models.</P>
  • Lap joint construction provides protection against ingress of dust and splashing water
  • Also provides improved EMI/RFI shielding
  • Unpainted (natural) versions are vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges
  • Painted versions are painted with tough, satin black polyester powder-paint for a lasting finish, even after machining
  • Lid is secured by machine screws into tapped holes
  • Standard models are designed to meet IP54
  • Watertight models are designed to meet IP65
